Returns

Customers may request a return within 3 days from the date of receiving the order.

Exchanges

Customers may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.

Return & Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused
  • The product must be in its original condition
  • The product must be returned with all original packaging
  • The product must not be damaged, broken, or altered in any way that affects its condition

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Cases

Return or exchange requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • If the product has been used
  • If the product is not in its original condition
  • If the original packaging is incomplete or damaged
  • If the request is made after the specified period
  • Custom-made or special-order items, if applicable

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged product or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product and its packaging. We will review the case and take the appropriate action.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed through the original payment method, within the timeframe determined by the payment provider or the store’s financial procedures.

Shipping Fees

Shipping or return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund or exchange amount, unless the issue was caused by the store or the product arrived damaged.
